We got a christmas tree!!!
It is so beautiful. We got the lights and some decorations on last night and I just love the smell of a fresh pine tree in our apartment. It fit in our little accord sticking though the sunroof:) The kids are doing pretty good about not touching it, but Parker has an obsession with throwing things at it because he isn't allowed to touch it.

I now have a TWO year old. Wow! I can't believe he is so old. We had a birthday party at both Grandparent's houses and he got lots of fun stuff. He has been playing with all the toys ever since.

Parker is funny. Today he was drinking his sippy and decided he wanted to drink out of a cup. He found one in his toy cups and started sucking milk from sippy, spitting it into his cup, then drinking it. Gross!, but really funny to watch.

Genealogy
I have found an amazing site to do you genealogy. I know it sounds boring, but i is so fun. You invite people through email and they fill in their own information. It has turned out to be so much fun. Give it a try. www.Geni.com

So I made most of the dinners from my previous post except the rolls, jambalaya, and the chicken georgia. It was all really good. The food network hasn't let me down since I started making recipes from their website. Last night I made Paula Deans chicken and rice casserole and it was delicious. The only change I would make is to double the rice next time.

What's for dinner
I have a goal to plan and buy food for the next 5days. It is hard for us because we are so picky and don't ever want what I planned. This time it is going to be different:) I found so good websites for recipes other than my basic (allrecipes.com) I really like the food network and my new favorite called a year of crockpotting.
Barbecue Meat Loaf
Tastes like Lasagna Soup
Jambalaya
Sixty Minute Rolls
Broiled Salmon
Chicken Georgia

Offically
My whole family has their first official sickness of the winter season. It make me not really look forward to winter. Parker will probably have a runny nose most of the time and I hope Kaylee will only get small versions because I'm nursing. Oh boy. We will try to do our best to keep as much as we can germ free.
I am also going to miss church. I can't go to Sunday School or Relief Society when Parker is sick. He can't go to nursery so I would have to take him to class and that pretty much is a waste of time taking care of two kids during class.

I am putting together a quiet book for church. I was going to buy one, but they cost about $30+ bucks. So I decided to make one. I should have bought one. I have spent WAAAYYY to much money on this one, at least $50. I worked on it during conference today and got it all put together. I'm going over to my mom's on Monday to finish sewing everything. I hope Parker will enjoy playing with it. I'll post pics of it when I get it finished.

My baby is so cute. She is getting really good at finding her thumb.
While Patrick was at bishopric meeting the other night Parker wanted to be a baby so I wrapped him up and he laughed for a good 15 minutes. He is so funny.

Kaylee Laughed!!!
It was so cute, i started to tear up. Last night while watching television I was talking and playing with her. I kissed her cheek really quick and she just laughed. AWW. . . It was so clear and happy. Everytime I starled her by moving my head fast she would laugh. I'm waiting for her to wake up so I can try to get it on our camcorder. I'll post it if I can. My babies are growing up so fast.

Umm . . . Let try this again.
Okay, so I'm no good at blogging, but I'll give it my best shot.
Patrick
He is taking 12 credits online this semester and working full time. We are so excited that he is going to be switching back to the 8-5pm schedule for work instead of the 9-6pm. He will have more time to play with the kids and I. Also, more time for homework.
He is super excited for our trip in 1 1/2 weeks to Canada! He is going to show us all around his mission area, meet his friends and show us all the beautiful countryside. We are also going to go to the Sacred Grove, Palmyra, and Niagara Falls.
Rachel
I am doing great too. I am thrilled we get to go on a family vacation to Canada and it is only a week and a half away. I have been trying to get more active and do more things with Parker and Kaylee. I am also grateful for babysitters because Patrick and I were able to go on a date last week:)
Parker
He is a happy and healthy 21 month old. He is learning new words and phrases everyday. Our favorite at the moment is his enthusiastic "Hi Buddy!" when Patrick gets home from work.
Kaylee
She is as cute as can be. She is learning to bring her legs up and grab her feet. She loves sucking on her hands, blankets, clothing, pretty much anything by her face. She is growing well and is growing out of her 0-3 month clothes.
